Hi, welcome to myTOT thank you for downloading the app.

Creating an account.

Simple create an account by joining with Google, Facebook, Apple ID or email.

Once you have created an account we ask for a little more information so we can taylor the news feed to fit your needs, the more info, the more likely we are to show you things you will love.

All payments are curently made through PayPal. Once you have connected you PayPal account you can list and buy,

Once an item is sold, the money will go straight to your account, and myTOT will take a 10% for the commision.

Setting up your profile

Your profile is your own little shop. Make sure you add a profile photo and a bio to tell viewers what to expect on your page.

How to change or add a profile picture: make sure you are on your profile – click the top left grey circle ( or photo if you already have a profile picture) – it should say update profile photo- and here you can select an image or take a photo.

How to add a Bio: make sure you are on your profile – click the settings icon in the top right of your profile screen – click edit profile – here you can add a bio and change your display name.

How to sell an item.

Step 1:

To sell an item: Click on this icon at the bottom, on the menue bar. Once you have connected your prefered payment option (the money will go straight into your account when an item is sold), you are ready to sell your goodies and make a bit of cash.

To add images: Click on the add photo square- add photo option appears – click take photo or add photo.

Make sure the photos are clear and true to what you are selling. The better quality and more photos the more likely they are to sell.

Step 2:

Describe your item: Add a clear detailed description of the item you are selling.

Step 3:

Select the age range that your product(s) suitable fits.

Step 4:

Item details: Fill out as many of these sections possible, this will help sell your item quicker. Please include category, quantity (the number of that item for sale), price and shipping.

Once you are happy with your listing hit the list item button and your item is now up for sale. You will see this item on your shop (porfile).

Selling on myTOT

Once you have listen an item for sale, it will be shown on your shop (profile).

When someone purchases one of your items, you will recieve payment straight into your account from the buyer.

This icon on your profile (located top right), is where your order history is kept. You can see what orders you have bought or sold here, and find out buyers information eg, address.

You will recieve a confirmation email of the item which has been purchased, containing the sellers information. Please post your item purchased within 7 days of recieving the purchase. We recomend you send the item recorded delivery so if there is any issues you have proof the item was posted.

As a seller, you can set shipping fees. We recomend if a buyer purchases multiple items from yourself you consider a discount or wave the shipping fees.

As a seller on myTOT you have myTOT buyer protection, please click here to read more about these terms and conditions.

myTOT take a transaction fee of 12%. This covers the fee of stripe payments and will automatically be taken of each listing sold. You do not need to do anything.

Buying on myTOT

When buying on myTOT you simply add items to bag – this will create your checkout bags, (items from different sellers will be a different ‘bag’). Your bag icon is always accessable in the menu bar along the bottom of the screen.

There is no buying fees for purchasing something on myTOT.

Please check with the sellers return policy before purchasing, as each individual may have different policies.

When you purchase an item, you will recieve a confirmation email. You can also see you order history from your profile screen by clicking the orders icon (top right).

The seller should send your parcel tracked to the address you have entered on your profile, within the next 7 days.
